Prices vary relative to:
shipping costs - this product is heavy
market costs - much of our products are made of oil based materials
quantity - we get price breaks on case pack orders
value of the dollar - most of products (unfortunetely) imports

We will quote prices at the time of your order. Prices listed on all our web pages are subject to change.

Proofs: Layouts for your project will be emailed as pdf's but only as requested.

Format of your logos: Please email us your logo in a vector art format. For example "aalogo.eps" We prefer an ".eps" file because is extremely clean and ready to laser engrave. We accept some JPG files. (BMP, TIFF, GIF are not optimal.) We also accept Adobe Illustrator files. Please ask if you have any questions.

Minimum Orders: There is no minimum.

Production Time: Please allow 4-5 business days for your project to be completed. Unless it is a special order where we need at least 7-10 days.

Sales: All project orders must be paid in full at time of pickup. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Merchandise Returns: Please inquire to receive authorization.

Our Guarantee: We stand by every piece that leaves our door. If you are dissatisfied at any time please let us know. Please be aware though that in crystal or acrylic awards, minor variations may occur, such as bubbles, flow lines. These are not considered defects which we can repair but we always try to make sure our products are as flawless as possible
